Spires Cycling Club

Welcome to the NEW website of The Carson / Ardboe Coldstore LTD Spires Cycling Club. We are affiliated to Cycling Ireland, with a focus on road cycling.

We offer regular organised training cycles with an emphasis on assisting training goals towards sportives, competitive road racing and time trials.

We also offer Leisure cycling for those who want to cycle for fitness, health and wellbeing or those who are new to cycling.

The club is based in Magherafelt and welcomes new members from the District or from further afield.

We have a number of coaches in the club and we are keen to develop new members.

We cycle from Rainey Old Boys Rugby club, just off the Ballyronan Road, Magherafelt  every Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:00am.

We also run turbo sessions on Wednesday evenings during winter at 7pm and during summer months a cycle on a Wednesday Evening.

We are currently running Sprocket Rocket for Youth cycling skill development and are developing a youth cycling programme.
